Payment

Delivery Terms

Current product prices are listed in the online store at Robotmower.se and are updated in real time. Prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors 

Any shipping costs and available shipping options are listed at checkout. These vary depending on the products included in the order.

Right of Withdrawal/Complaints

When purchasing goods from Robotmower.se (Robotmower Sverige AB), you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel a purchase (right of withdrawal) in certain cases, as specified in the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Off Premises. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by submitting or sending a notice to Robotmower.se (Robotmower Sverige AB) within 14 days from the date you received the ordered item (the cancellation period). The right of withdrawal does not apply to circuit boards and computer software, as well as audio and video recordings, if the seal has been broken. “Seal” also refers to technical seals (e.g., serial numbers).  

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you, as the customer, must contact Robotmower.se (Robotmower Sverige AB), preferably by phone or email. You may also notify Robotmower.se (Robotmower Sverige AB) of your withdrawal from the purchase by completing and mailing the Swedish Consumer Agency’s form to Robotmower.se (Robotmower Sverige AB). The form should be sent to the address listed under the heading “Contact Information.” 

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to Robotmower Sverige AB within 14 days of submitting notice of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs; only shipping labels issued by Robotmower Sverige AB will be accepted for returns.

Warranty
For products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the original packaging must be retained for the entire duration of the warranty. We recommend always keeping the packaging in case the product needs to be sent to a service center for future service or repair.



Personal Data
We share your personal data with Trustio, with whom we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement. The purpose is for Trustio to invite you to leave a review of your shopping experience with us. Trustio is not authorized to share this data with third parties.
